Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across multiple devices.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Set up and maintain IT security measures, including antivirus and firewall protection.
• Manage system updates, backups, and data recovery procedures.
• Support the integration of IT systems, including EPOS solutions, databases, and payment processing systems.
• Ensure all IT systems comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of servers, routers, and network devices.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and support guides.

Skills & Education:

• Previous working experience as an IT Technician for at least a year.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Familiarity with EPOS systems, payment gateways, and retail technology (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
